Room for rent in 3k square foot home Plano home. ~10-15 min drive to campus (north of UTD). The room is in a 5 bedroom home with 3 female currently. Two are current UTD student, and the other works as a dietician full time (22 and 26). I have rented... rooms to UTD students for about 4 years now so have several references If interested or you could meet with the current 2 roomates. You will only share a bathroom with 1 other person. All roomates are very clean and respectful, I make sure of this. Any new roomate is expected to be as well. Your room will have a queen bed already and a desk. There is a pool, hot tub, balcony, and movie room with surround sound. There are 2 fridges in the house and you get all your owns space for dishes and pantry area. $400 refundable deposit. Utilities are split between all the roomates.

The room that is currently available is the only bedroom on the second floor away from all of the other bedrooms and has always been the most popular bedroom.
