Room for rent in 3k square foot home Plano home. ~10-15 min drive to campus (north of UTD). The room is in a 5 bedroom home with 2 female currently. One is a current UTD student, and the other works as a dietician full time (22 and 26). I have rented... rooms to UTD students for about 4 years now so have several references If interested or you could meet with the current 2 roomates. You will only share a bathroom with 1 other person and you will have your own sink. All roomates are very clean and respectful, I make sure of this. Any new roomate is expected to be as well. There is one very sweet, well-behaved dog named Trixie (35lb). Your room will have a queen bed already and a desk. There is a pool, hot tub, balcony, and movie room with surround sound. There are 2 fridges in the house and you get all your owns space for dishes and pantry area. $400 refundable deposit. Utilities are split between all the roomates.
