Excellent Service and a Welcoming First Impression
I recently visited this apartment complex for the first time, and I had a really positive experience. As someone who is new to apartment hunting in person, I had a lot of questions and wasn’t entirely sure what to expect but Jonathan made the entire process feel easy and comfortable.
I’m especially thankful for Jonathan, who took the time to show me the available units and walk me through all the details I needed to know. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything from pricing and lease terms to amenities and the overall application process. He never made me feel rushed and was more than willing to answer all my questions.
The property itself seemed well maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming. It gave me a great first impression and made me feel more confident about moving forward in my apartment search.
Overall, I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness I experienced during my visit. If the rest of the staff is anything like Jonathan, I can see this being a great place to live.

Beautiful Property & Engaging Staff
On my visit to Uniti yesterday on 3/11/26, I was welcomed by the very knowledgeable, kind & engaging leasing agent-Jonathan, who guided me and showcased to me the beautiful new property, Uniti at Bishop Arts. I was seeking a property with unique flair, and the 'Co-Living' option was a new take that piqued my interest. It allows a tenant to have a piece of privacy, along with a 'tangible' community feel within reach. Jonathan was very patient and thorough to answer any questions I had and provide the details pertaining to the application process. I truly enjoyed my visit to Uniti at Bishop Arts, and in the future, may make it my residence.
