Washer/dryer and all utilities plus WiFi/internet is included in your rent. We take care of the lawn. Prefer quiet UTD grad, serious student, or working young adult. Shared kitchen. Plenty of cupboard space and 2 refrigerators. Rules: No smoking, no drugs, no partiers. No men in the house. No pets. Shared cleaning duties. Car parking is in the driveway or street parking but no car needed. Bus stop 5 minute walk. May store a bicycle, in the garage. Available now. Can rent for school year or longer. Background check.
