No Parking, They Tow Residents

PARKING IS NOT FREE, RESIDENTS WILL GET TOWED. Residents ARE NOT guaranteed free parking. You must pay $50 or $150 every month to have a personal space. Otherwise, you will have to fight for the very few "free" spots everyday. If you do not get home in time and the spots are full, you have to park near the leasing office, where your car may get broken into (happened to 4 residents I know personally). Management SUCKS and does not care about you. YOUR CAR WILL GET SCRATCHED. Everyone who lives... here has had a scratch or broken mirrors because the parking spaces are so tight that people will hit your car accidentally, and then dash off.

Poor Conditions

Has a super bad cockroach infestation problem. Rent and parking is increasing, covered parking went up to $50, while living conditions are getting worse. Don’t rent here.
