I recently took a tour to these complex and viewed a unit that I wanted and the staff was very friendly, professional and informative with all the questions that I had. I ended up getting a lease for the unit that I toured and Arely has been extremely helpful to me throughout the whole process, she has honestly been the best leasing agent. I really don't understand all the negative reviews I've been seeing. Also the units are beautiful as well as their amenities.

Please read the bad reviews. The positive reviews are in exchange for a waved fee. The management company goes silent once you call them out for their fraudulent practices. They stole $200 from me & won’t return mine and many other people’s deposit back!

Initially, loved this apartment now I’m counting down the days until this lease ends. If you like your peace, I would not suggest moving here. The ceilings are paper thin and kids are always stomping and nothing is done about it since there kids. They also make the unit transfer process extremely difficult.

This is one of my favorite apartments I think I've ever lived in. Besides the tollway, it's a very quiet place to live. Lovely apt layouts, valet trash service, pool etc. Love it. Definitely renewing my lease.

The windows are extremely drafty which is causing my electric bill to be through the roof. Items often easily break. Nearly impossible to get food delivered to your door.
