Hardwood floors, large kitchen table for eating, some cooking and clothes washing privileges, very high speed internet. $500 Deposit required and it is refundable as long as the lease is not broken, and the property is not damaged. No sharing of bedrooms is allowed. No couples. 1. You need to provide a driver's license / UTD student ID 2. Background check if applicable. 3. You must complete a simple lease agreement AND provide proof of financial ability to pay 4. No drug use, no smoking, no drinkers. I am interested in your success as a college student.
