Total Room Rent $650 includes utilities. Six month minimum lease.
Both of these rooms share a beautiful hall bathroom.

House is located 3 miles directly south of the college campus off Waterview. Close to the intersection of Waterview and Belt Line. Hardwood floors, large kitchen table for eating, some cooking and clothes washing privileges, very high speed internet.
$500 Deposit required and it is refundable as long as the lease is not broken, and the property is not damaged. No sharing of bedrooms is allowed. No couples.
1. You need to provide a driver's license / UTD student ID
2. Background check if applicable.
3. You must complete a simple lease agreement AND provide proof of financial ability to pay
4. No drug use, no smoking, no drinkers.
I am interested in your success as a college student. I have a comfortable and quiet home for students to concentrate on their education, not partying. Serious Inquiries Only. My place has had UTD students the last SEVEN years. I do not have any animals.
