Caution: Honest Review of Evaline Apartments
I do not recommend living at Evaline Apartments. Despite the high cost, the property is outdated and poorly maintained. The insulation is inadequate, causing significantly higher utility bills.
The grounds are often dirty, with trash and pet waste left unattended. Noise is a constant issue — upstairs neighbors walk heavily throughout the night, and loud music is common, especially during late hours. Unfortunately, management is unresponsive and... lacks initiative in addressing these concerns.
Parking is very limited after 6 PM, and moving out can come with unexpected and excessive fees. The overall environment does not feel safe or well-managed.
If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and professionally run living space, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Worst rental experience i've ever had in my life. I would only recommend this place to my worst enemy. I was not able to view the unit I was renting until the day I moved in although it was vacant, which should've been my red flag. The unit was infested. I had to delay moving in due to the issue, in which management attempted to place the pest blame on me. Mind you, I'd only had the keys for less than an hour. I had to contact the management company several times in order to have issues resolved... . I've had at least 20 maintenance requests to date and have not yet reached the end of my lease yet. These issues ranged from the pests, to a leak in the roof/mold, the AC units, and a electrical issues with the breaker. Whenever the issues are brought up, maintenance MAY show up and actually resolve. In most cases, you'd have to contact corporate in order to have it escalated. I've never seen the pool clean or be cleaned. The exit gate near my building is always broken. The previous reviews are correct, they will attempt to charge you additional fees for anything possible and will also harass/threaten you. I was charged a fee AFTER paying the total amount due online and also given an early notice for termination of my lease due to fee. Very horrible management. Not worth the bargain price. This is truly the worst customer service and rental experience in all of my years of renting.

We've lived here nearly two years. We are currently house shopping and can not wait to leave. We have been great tenants, made every payment and are quiet.
First year was fine, no issues. We enjoyed it here. But these last 8 months has been just awful. The front office has messed up our (auto drafted) payment TWICE! The second time an employee somehow "accidentally" miss-charged our rent price with another tenants' check somehow (even though we have auto pay) which messed up our balance. With... us unaware of the balance, they put an EVICTION notice on our door ......on a Friday....at 5pm. They said they "couldn't get a hold of me".....they had the wrong number and i have never changed my number nor did they call my wife whose number they had. They made no other attempt at getting in contact with us before putting an eviction notice on our door with no time to plead our case! When we finally got a hold of them, the front office manager yelled at my wife claiming it was our fault for their mistake before knowing the whole story.
Also, not only my car but multiple others have been broken into and one even stolen out of the complex (which caused me to write this review after speaking to the person who's car was stolen while they were on vacation). They have refused to put up cameras anywhere except for directly on the front office. They also told the person whose car was stolen that there is no crime issue in this complex which is a lie.
They have a gated community but the gates are open almost all the time.
Also, on multiple occasions, the the property manager has been very rude and not at all understanding, interrupting and very lacking in customer service and care. We've made attempts to call and discuss our lease or other issues about our unit with them and we never get a call back.
But hey, it's a great location and quiet....so there's that.

One of the staff didn't review the application documents carefully, asked us for the house insurance and electricity account. Then right before the move in day, they told us they can't approve it. It's so rediculous and inefficient.

Safe and quite with no troubles at all. The people's mind their business. Stores all around you. rating 8. Nothing Perfect!!!
