We are an owner-occupied, all-female household in a safe neighborhood with one Black Labrador Retriever (who will remain on our side of the house). Our home is clean, quiet, respectful, and family-oriented. We enjoy reading, gardening, and... maintaining a peaceful environment.

Our family consists of a UTD student and her Mom, as well as another student who will be home occasionally.

Fully furnished private bedrooms (that has lock and key), are available in our home, located in a quiet, established family neighborhood approximately 5 miles from The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) with convenient access via Campbell
Road.

Rooms are furnished with:
- Desk + lamp, desk chair
- Bookshelf, bed + mattress (with space under bed for storage) and pillows
- Blackout curtains (to reduce light during sleep)
- Large walk-in closet, multi-speed ceiling fan w/ dimmable ceiling light that operates with remote)
- Dedicated highspeed Ethernet connection along with shared WIFI connection.

Among renters, shared amenities include:
- Shared bathroom
- Shared living room (including television w/ complimentary streaming services)
- Shared dining room
- Shared mini fridge

We have:
- Full size kitchen that will be open and shared among everyone. We will have extra storage for occasional overflow from the shared mini fridge.
- On-site laundry facility that will be used by everyone.

We are a non-smoking, non-vaping, alcohol-free, and drug-free home. Utilities are included in the rent price.
