Safest and highest rated apartment complex near UTD rivaling north side in price and location.

Newly renovated townhouse with new stainless steel appliances, carpet, and paint. It also has AT&T fiber as well as monthly pest control. Less than a... mile from campus with an easy bike route taking only 7 minutes. It is also in the middle of campus and shopping areas having places like Target, Home Depot, Tomb Thumb, Marshalls and more near by.

There is one room available with a walk in closet and private bathroom, dimensions being 10'10" x 11', it is the bedroom on the second floor on the floorplan, The bathroom is not connected to the room but nobody else will be using it including our guests also a parking spot right at the door.

The entire unit is being shared with 2 other male transfer students going into their senior year, one going into JSOM the other ECS. We are clean well kept and expect the other roommate to be the same, fine with guests as long as they are quiet and not too many, no smoking will be allowed.

There will be a application process by the complex which will require a fee and a background check.
