There is one room available with a walk in closet and private bathroom, dimensions being 10'10" x 11', it is the bedroom on the second floor on the floorplan, The bathroom is not connected to the room but nobody else will be using it including our guests and we can put a curtain or something of the sort up if you want the extra privacy. Also a parking spot right at the door.
The entire unit is being shared with 2 other male transfer students going into their junior year, one going into JSOM the other ECS. We are clean well kept and expect the other roommate to be the same, fine with guests as long as they are quiet and not too many, no smoking will be allowed.
There will be a application process by the complex which will require a fee and a background check.
